Return & Exchange Policy

At TNT, we want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within specific guidelines. Please note that Canadian and U.S. orders follow different return procedures, outlined below.



Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order, or within 14 days of being notified your in‑store pickup order is ready.
  • All returned items must be:
    • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
    • With all original tags and packaging (including shoeboxes, dust bags, etc.)
    • Free from damage, marks, or tampering
  • Items returned that do not meet our quality standards may be declined and shipped back at your cost.

Please contact online@tntfashion.ca to initiate a return or request a change to an unshipped order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Fragrance


Footwear Returns

  • Shoes must be tried on only indoors on soft surfaces.
  • Returned shoes must show no wear or sole markings.
  • Shoes must be returned with original packaging in unmarked, resaleable condition.


Important Notes

  • TNT does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in the case of faulty merchandise.
  • Mail‑in return shipping costs are your responsibility. TNT is not liable for lost or untracked packages.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method and keeping your tracking number.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. It may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.


Canadian Orders

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email online@tntthenewtrend.com to confirm your item’s return eligibility.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    If approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Return Your Item:
    Mail your return using your preferred tracked service, or return it in-store. Include the RA number in or on the package.
    Email your return tracking number to us.
  4. Quality Inspection:
    Once received, items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return standards.
  5. Refund Processing:
    Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as a store credit (based on discount level). Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear.


U.S. Orders (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories)

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email online@tntthenewtrend.com after reviewing this policy.
  2. Return Review:
    If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return process and send an invoice for return costs.
  3. Pay Return Fees:
    A flat $30 CAD Return Fee will be invoiced along with any applicable brokerage, clearance, or freight fees. These must be paid before proceeding.
  4. Shipping Label & RA Number:
    After payment, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and RA number. Include the RA number inside the package.
  5. Quality Inspection:
    Items will be reviewed upon arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed.
  6. Refund Processing:
    Refunds (minus original shipping and return fees) are issued within 5 business days of return approval. U.S. buyers are responsible for all duties, brokerage, and return-related shipping costs.

Note: If return fees are not accepted or paid, your return cannot be authorized.



In-Store Purchases

Please note that online and in-store purchases follow separate return policies:

  • In-store purchases are not eligible for online returns
  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store for refund — only drop-off (if authorized)
In-Store Return Policy:
  • No refunds are offered on in-store purchases.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only, with proof of purchase.
  • Sale items are final sale unless faulty or otherwise required by law.
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact online@tntfashion.ca as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, regardless of standard return eligibility.
